Marina Cardó Vila is a Research Associate Professor of the Department of Otolaryngology. She received her Ph.D. in Immunology from the University of Barcelona and completed her postdoctoral fellowship at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. Dr. Cardó Vila collaborates with research faculty from the UArizona Cancer Center and the Bio5 institute to develop methods for tissue-specific delivery of therapeutic agents, dissect molecular interaction involved in cancer biology and drug resistance, and identify new therapeutic targets.
